It depends on the event. You can try by visiting the NTS Portal and using the refund tool. If refunds are available you will be able to process your own refund using the tools available in the portal. You will need to login to reach the refund tool.
For some events we, or volunteers, provide free transport from the City Centre and Bay Campus, seats are on a first come first served basis and you can reserve your seat and choose your bus stop using the NTS Portal.
We recommend that you arrive by taxi, make sure that you book your return taxi well in advance to avoid being stuck!
We have limited parking at some events, larger events the car park is usually in use as part of the event. Message us beforehand.
All tickets must be purchased online before arriving, we do not sell tickets on the door. You can transfer your ticket to other people using the NTS Portal.
As a rule, you cannot drink your own alcohol at our events, this is because we have a duty to keep everyone safe.
Some events we do allow you to bring one or two drinks in if you’re arriving early, but please use the recycling bins provided. Glass is strictly prohibited for everyone’s safety, so no bottles please!
When you buy a ticket you should receive an email with a PDF version of your ticket attached. If it’s not showing up properly on your phone don’t worry, your ticket is associated with your NTS account. We can access your ticket and sort it out when you arrive.
No. You should treat everyone at the event with respect, if you do not, we will ask you to leave and you will not be welcome at future events. We review CCTV footage after events and identify those who qualify as a dick and have previously banned people as a result.
The venue is a farmhouse (and grounds) just outside Swansea, located near the woods. There are never tickets available on the door, details of how to get here will be on your ticket.
The name shown on your ticket must match your ID. You can transfer your ticket if you’re selling it, and you can update your name if needed.
As with any Club, Bar or Festival we require you to prove that you are over the age of 18. Please bring a valid Passport, Driving License or PASS certified ID card. If you’re in any doubt please message us in advance of the event.
